Alfie uses Email address so that we can send password resets and information in regards to updates. If your account hasn't been pulled through there are a couple of things you can check within SIMS to ensure SIMS-Sync pulls across your account.

1. Within SIMS select Focus | Person | Staff  and search for an existing staff member to display their details,

Select the Employment Details tab to display the employee Details, and make sure that the Teaching Staff tick box is enabled.



2. Select Focus | Person | Manage Classroom , and search for an existing staff member to display their details.

Under the Role(s) section ensure that the Teacher box is enabled.



The next time SIMS-Sync runs any changes made within SIMS will be updated.
