Currently, within Alfie you are unable to log into an area where you can view the imported data. The easiest way to ensure that your data has been synchronised successfully is to check the logs in SIMS-Sync.
After you have performed a Run Now, or a Scheduled Task has run go to the Log tab in SIMS-Sync.
The SIMS-Sync log shows you connection details. A successfully connected SIMS-Sync should have the following successful calls:

If you receive any errors in this log please check the Proxy details and School details. You should have a Green Icon under the Status.
The AlfieMain log will show you details of the tasks being performed to synchronise the data.
For every Run there will be a STUD, STAFF, EMAIL, GROUPS, SUPERVISORS, MEMBERS and PULL (this is related to SIMS-Sync AM and is only performed if you have this set up).
Each task runs one after another. For a successful sync, all tasks should be followed by a succeeded and Task Completed. This is illustrated by the STUD section highlighted in red below.
A full successful log should look like this (on first run you will also have additional STAFFMAP and STUDMAP):

Fix Error messages in the AlfieMain log?
There are several reasons why you may get Error messages when running SIMS-Sync.
By far the most common reason is permissions issues with the SIMS Account used when setting up the school details.

Could not Import: AlfieClassSubject2 Both of these errors are related to SIMS account permissions. You must ensure that the SIMS account you are using has the following Groups associated to it:
- Assessment Co-Ordinator
- Curricular Manager
- School Administrator
- Third Party Reporting
- TP Super User
Alfie URL call Failed When running a Scheduled Task you may see the Error message Alfie URL call failed. If you see this Error it is because the Proxy settings you are using cannot connect SIMS-Sync to the Internet. If you have used Auto-Detect on the Proxy Settings tab, please set this to Manual and enter your Proxy Details; click Test to ensure the details are correct. NB: Auto-Detect attempts to pick up your Proxy Settings automatically via Internet Explorer. When running a scheduled task, the Auto-Detection can sometimes fail due to permissions and this will cause the connection for SIMS-Sync to fail. By inputting the details manually, SIMS-Sync will be able to connect every time.
NB: If your school has a log in system for the internet (beyond Proxy Settings), you may need to request that alfiecloud.com and my.alfiecloud.com can be accessed without needing a Username and Password (for example, the Leeds Learning Net environment).
